Cancellation Policy

Standard Order Cancellations
- Within 24 Hours: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after this initial window but before the item has shipped will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover materials and labor already allocated to your order.
Handcrafted & Custom Items
- Because custom pieces are tailored specifically to your requests, cancellations are only permitted within 12 hours of order placement. Once production has commenced, we are unable to offer cancellations or full refunds on these items.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email our support team at hello@elegance2evolve.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Ownership and the inherent risk of damage or loss are officially transferred to the customer the moment the package is received by the shipping provider.
